WELCOME TO MAPPLEBOROUGH GREEN PRIMARY SCHOOL'S Parent, Teacher AND Friends AssociatioN
Who are we?
We are a community of volunteers that strive to support the school and provide pupils with opportunities to develop and engage in a range of diverse activities and events outside of the national curriculum.
How do we do this?
We put the fun into FUNdraising.
We raise money by means of organising and running school-based events and receive donations and support from local organisations and businesses. We are so excited about the upcoming events planned, so please check out our events on the calendar and school newsletters.
How can I get involved?
All families and carers of pupils are automatically members of the PTFA and are invited to attend any or all meetings and events.
We always have an ear out to listen to new ideas and welcome any feedback on events and activities. If you have an idea or have some general feedback, we would love to hear from you now!
How can I help?
Here are some ways you can help support the PTFA;
# volunteering a few hours to attend or help out at an event
# donating goods and prizes for competitions and hampers
# coming along to a meeting
Additionally, we will be issuing an online annual survey that will provide us with valuable feedback that will shape how we plan further events and activities.
I'm a business/organisation; how can we help?
If you are able to provide a service or equipment or would like to make a donation, we would love to hear from you too. If you know of a business that may like to support our school community, please let them know how to get in touch.
How do I get in touch?
How do I know what's going on?
You can find information on the PTFA's events and activities via the online calendar, school newsletters, and (coming soon) the PTFA's Facebook page.
