Step back in time and journey through history with us! History at our school is far more than dates and dusty textbooks; it is an immersive adventure that brings the past to life for every child. Situated in an area rich with historical significance, we transform the curriculum into a captivating, hands-on experience that spans from the Romans and medieval life to the World Wars. We actively explore our heritage through memorable and authentic experiences: our pupils become evacuees on a genuine steam train journey, endure the strict lessons of a Victorian schoolroom, delve into Roman life at a local museum, and storm the battlements of Warwick Castle to understand medieval times. We cultivate a deep curiosity about people, places, and events, equipping our "history detectives" with the skills to investigate and understand the world that came before them.
