We aim to foster a supportive environment where pupils, parents, and carers feel safe, welcome, and empowered to collaborate on ensuring regular school attendance, treating attendance as seriously as safeguarding.

If your child is absent due to illness, please contact the school office as soon as possible on the first day of absence. If your child has an ongoing medical condition or appointment, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate support and authorise the absence.

We understand that, on rare occasions, you may need to request an absence for exceptional circumstances. All requests for leave during term time must be submitted to the Headteacher in advance using the school's official absence request form. Please be aware that, in line with government policy, holidays during term time will not be authorised.
